Today, June 27, is National PTSD Awareness Day.  If you are currently living with PTSD, we encourage you to sign up for our online community, so we can help connect you with others, anonymously.  If you are here to learn more about PTSD, please view & share some eye-opening statistics to help spread the word.

PTSD impacts so many lives, yet help is often difficult to come by.  Our goal here at PTSD United is to provide a place where people can share their stories.  There are others out there with similar experiences, you are not alone and our online community proves that.

On behalf of the entire team here at PTSD United, thank you for stopping by, and we welcome you aboard as we build our community and help raise awareness.

I feel like I should make the rest of my life PTSD AWARENESS!!!!!!!!!!! It’s so frustrating when people look at me like, “You have PTSD? You seem fine to me.” Or my favorite, “How long is this going to last?” Are you kidding me? Don’t you think I’d like to completely overcome it too? It’s a living hell!

      Hi Marie,

There are a ton of people in the same boat as you! The more people learn, the less they will ask frustrating questions! :) Here’s to raising awareness!

      Britt
